After submitting your part, keep the confirmation and original invitation until the request is finished. Your own signature may be complete while another person's step remains pending. Final document generation and delivery depend on the request's workflow and the creator's settings.
Look for the completed copy
Check the confirmation screen for the available record or next-step instructions. If the organization configured a signed-copy email, look in the mailbox associated with your request and check spam or filtered folders. The message may be sent after all required signers complete their parts.
A response receipt, workflow invitation and final signed PDF are different messages. Read the subject and attachments instead of assuming the first email is the completed record. Keep the original downloaded PDF if you need to verify it later; modifying it can change its integrity check.
If the copy is missing
Ask the requesting organization whether the workflow has finished and whether it configured delivery to your address. Include the form title, approximate submission time and enough context for staff to locate your request. Avoid sending the full signed document or sensitive answers in an unrelated support channel.
Do not begin another public-form response just to obtain a copy. The owner can check the existing response, active signers, signed record and email-copy configuration.
Ask for a correction
If a name, answer, document or signer assignment is wrong, contact the owner and explain the specific field or step. They need to decide the appropriate correction or replacement process. Editing your downloaded PDF does not update the source response or create a newly signed record.
Resolve an access problem
Open the original assigned link with the intended account. If you see an error, record its exact text and tell the owner whether it occurs before sign-in, while opening the request or at submission. Never share your Google password, sign-in codes or private credentials to obtain help.
For device or draft issues, use mobile and resume. For an invalid invitation, the owner can follow invitation troubleshooting.
