Your dashboard and forms
Create, reopen and manage Formesign forms from the signed-in workspace.

Your dashboard is the starting point for returning to work in Formesign. Sign in using the Google account associated with the forms you intend to manage. If a form is missing, check the account before creating another version.
Create or reopen a form
On Home, choose Create new form in the Forms card. It opens the same signature-form chooser used by the main product's Try it free button. You can import a Google Form, upload a PDF or enter a form name.
To continue existing work, open a form under Recently edited or use See more to find additional forms. Check the form's title and preview before making changes, particularly if several forms have similar names.
Understand the Home cards
| Card or action | What it helps you find |
|---|---|
| Forms / Create new form | New creation and the forms in the current account |
| Contacts / Send email campaign | Contact records and the campaign entry; opening this does not send a message by itself |
| Orders / View orders | The current shared-platform label for the submission inbox |
| Current plan / Manage plan | Account subscription and usage controls |
The shared platform can show labels such as Orders even when you use Formesign for signed requests. Open the intended form's response view to manage its submissions; do not treat a card's count as evidence that a particular signer has completed their task.
Work inside a form
The form workspace brings together editing, preview, sharing and responses. Use Build and edit to maintain questions, Share to distribute the signing experience, and Responses to find submitted requests.
Account access and signer access are different. Being able to open a form as its owner does not prove that a recipient can use the shared link. Before distributing it, open the intended link outside your editing session and check its access requirement.
If a form is missing
Check the signed-in account, form list and any collaborator access. A copied form may be separate from its source, so compare the editor and sharing links. See import and access troubleshooting before importing again.
