Quick Answer

How do I see who has signed?

Open the form's SIGNED PDF tab. Each card shows progress such as 1 signed | 1 pending, or Signed and completed. Click the three dots on a card and choose Activity to see each signer, when they signed, and when a request was sent. A pending signer has Resend request and Copy signing link.

The SIGNED PDF tab is the place to follow a request. Every card is one request, and it shows progress at a glance.

While signatures are outstanding, the card is highlighted and says how many are pending.

See each signer's status

Open the card's menu

Click the three dots on the card. You'll see Details, Activity, and Rename.

1 The three dots open 2 the card's menu.

Open Activity

Choose Activity to see each signer in order.

1 Signed, 2 still pending, and 3 what you can do about it.
What it saysWhat it means
Signed + date, SubmittedThat person has signed
Request sent + date, PendingThe email went out, and they haven't signed yet
Not signedIt isn't their turn yet, or they haven't been asked
Signature not requiredAn optional signer was skipped

A sent request isn't a signature. Only Signed means they've signed.

Resend a request

Click Resend request to email the pending signer again, or Copy signing link to send it yourself another way. Only send that link to that person, because it opens this particular request.

See the answers

Choose Details on the card's menu, or open the Detail tab of the panel, to read the answers. You can also leave a comment for your team. To see the same thing with a progress banner, use the RESPONSES tab.

2 The banner says who you're waiting for, in words.

When a request is stuck

Work through these in order:

CheckWhere
Whose turn is it?Activity, or the Waiting for… banner
Is their email right?Activity shows the address. A typo means they never got it
Did they get it?Ask them to check spam, then Resend request
Can they open it?If they see You are not allowed to edit this form, see below

"You are not allowed to edit this form"

This appears when the response's status doesn't match the signer's step.

The invitation only works while the response's status matches that signer's step. Open the Kanban board and find the response. If it's in the wrong column, such as Abandoned, the signer is blocked. If you can't move it to the signer's column, contact support with the response number. If the request is urgent, start a new one.
