Quick Answer
What does Formesign do?
Formesign collects electronic signatures inside Google Workspace. Start from a Google Form, a PDF, a Google Doc, a Google Sheet, or just a form name. Formesign adds signature fields, emails each signer when it's their turn, and produces a signed PDF with a certificate of completion.
Most signing tools start with a document and an envelope. Formesign starts with the form: the questions you need answered, followed by the signatures you need collected. Every signer gets a link, fills in their part, and signs. When the last signature is in, you have one PDF with all the answers, all the signatures, and a certificate of who signed and when.
What you end up with
For every request, Formesign gives you:
- A signing link you can share, or an email to each signer.
- A signing order, so a manager only gets the request after the employee signs.
- A signed PDF that includes a Certificate of Completion.
- An activity trail showing who signed, and who is still pending.
- A way to verify later that a PDF has not been changed.
